On Feb. 14, 2024, Morningstar Fund API Center will have twenty-two data points update their name and definitions in the Carbon Emissions API.
Please see the attached spreadsheet for full details. Configured feeds and APIs will continue to run as scheduled, but the impacted data points will contain the new data point names. As such, the current data points will generate a null value if not updated by Feb. 14, 2024.
Clients will need to update their processes to the new data point names as of Feb. 14, 2024, to ensure they are not impacted by editing their feeds to remove the previous data points and add the newly named data points.
